福賀支所前バス停より徒歩1分価格は相談に応じます契約のための一切の費用は利用者負担です。一階右側のお店は、かつて福賀がにぎやかだった頃10年ほど営業していた「スナック恋香」。他にも商店に美容室、魚屋さん等いろいろと経営されていた建物ですが、この20年ほどは空き家です。現状雨漏りがあり、建具は傷み、スナックのドアも開きません。住むためには相当の修繕が必要と考えられますが、それでも立地を活かしここでやってみたい!という方のチャレンジを待っている物件です。
